SSOE Group seeks a Senior Project Manager and Office Leader to drive the full lifecycle delivery of complex, large‑scale design‑build projects for leading technology clients. Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in industrial or high‑tech facilities design/delivery.
• PMP certification desired; additional certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience leading office leadership, people management, and team development.
• Proficiency with scheduling/PM software (MS Project, Primavera, Deltek Vantagepoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of complex, large‑scale advanced technology projects within an integrated design‑build framework.
• Coordinate with international and domestic client and delivery teams on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Define and manage project scope; develop scopes of work; manage changes through formal change control.
• Develop and maintain integrated, resource‑loaded schedules; track milestones and critical paths.
• Foster relationships across engineering and architectural disciplines; facilitate cross‑discipline collaboration.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, and regulators; lead meetings and report status.
• Identify risks; create mitigation plans and monitor impact on cost, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, client specs, and applicable codes/regulations.
• Provide construction support: review submittals, respond to RFIs, conduct site walks.
• Mentor junior PMs; contribute to PM processes and standards; promote safety culture.
