Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead design-build projects in the Advanced Technology division. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions for world-leading tech companies, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality meet client and regulatory standards.

The role requires managing complex projects from concept through startup, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining a strong safety and quality culture while leveraging cutting-edge AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Significant PM experience in design/industrial or high-tech facilities.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software: MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Experience leading cross-cultural, multi-time-zone teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination with international and domestic client and delivery teams on scope, schedule, and quality.
• Plan, execute, and close out complex design and design-build projects per client requirements and standards.
• Manage project scope with formal change control to prevent scope creep.
• Develop integrated schedules using Deltek Vantagepoint; allocate resources and track milestones.
• Foster relationships across disciplines; resolve conflicts and ensure seamless design package integration.
• Act as client/contractor/regulator liaison; lead meetings and communicate project status and risks.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory codes; participate in design reviews.
• Support construction phase: review submittals, respond to RFIs, and conduct site walks.
• Mentor junior PMs; contribute to PM processes and governance.
• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
