Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal and external efforts for the Client's Small Modular Reactor design, fabrication, and deployment. You will manage diverse teams and ensure delivery aligns with cost, schedule, and quality targets.

The role reports to the Director, SMR Product Development and may be based in Houston or Corvallis, with remote work possible within the contiguous United States and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience with high complexity and multiple interfaces.
• Nuclear industry knowledge and PMI/PMBOK principles preferred.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent preferred; DOE 10 CFR Part 810 eligibility.
• Experience with earned value, schedule control and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall planning and execution of project activities.
• Maintain baseline, earned value planning and project execution strategy.
• Coordinate with discipline managers and teams; provide guidance to resources.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues; escalate when needed.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports on performance and variances.
• Develop and control project-specific plans and procedures for execution.
• Ensure high quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
