Employment & Training Centers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and public infrastructure projects in the Greater Houston area.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding project teams and maintaining relations with public owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship of engineering staff, and involvement in business development through client outreach and interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Active P.E. license in the State of Texas.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience with municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Experience as Project Manager/Senior Project Manager on complex municipal infra projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead water, wastewater, stormwater, and municipal engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, scope, quality, and client expectations.
• Mentor engineers and staff; develop relationships with municipal clients and public agencies.
• Lead client meetings, proposals, and interviews to pursue opportunities.
