Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager for high-visibility multifamily commercial construction projects ranging from $20M to $50M. You will lead from preconstruction through closeout, owning profitability, schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.

You will work directly with executives, superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, owners, architects, and clients to drive projects from concept to completion, with exposure to preconstruction,

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects in the $20M-$50M range.
• Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial ground-up construction experience.
