Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with commercial interiors, healthcare, hospitality, retail, institutional, or high-end residential construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and contracts.

• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
