Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of complex enterprise platforms, digital products, or business technology capabilities.
Deep technical fluency in complex enterprise technology ecosystems with APIs, integrations, data models, and cross-system dependencies.
Experience leading product work within Product Creation, PLM, apparel or related domain.
Experience delivering major PLM, ERP, or enterprise transformation.
Strong cross-functional leadership across business, engineering, data, QA, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Own the PLM transformation product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption.
Translate complex business challenges into clear product opportunities, requirements, and roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with alignment across functions and partners.
Mentor teams to improve requirements quality, technical fluency, and stakeholder communication.
Establish measurable outcomes and hold teams accountable to deliver.
