Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Construction/Project Management experience.
• Strong MS Office and project management software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and execute according to plan for assigned projects.
• Evaluate the contractual scope of work and the impact of client directives and scheduling changes.
• Pursue additional work through change orders.
• Provide cost estimates, prepare proposals, and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate project progress and financial status to management.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
• Attend and lead job progress meetings.
