Job summary

Glumac’s Southern Region is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical projects with a relationship-driven approach. You will oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and execution from start to finish, partnering with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery and proactive problem-solving.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5+ years in project management, and a track record of managing budgets and schedules while guiding teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related technical leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and team coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, ensuring budgeting, planning, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Lead project scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor progress against milestones and proactively address risks and issues.
• Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders.
• Support and uphold quality control processes.
• Help drive backlog growth and revenue performance.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to encourage repeat work.
