The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant project management or technical experience.
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and commute to an office.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities from kickoff through completion.
• Manage project financials: budgeting, invoicing, revenue recognition.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, milestones, and deliverables across project teams.
• Partner with clients and design teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
• Support quality control processes and maintain technical standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships that support repeat work and long-term growth.
• Contribute to backlog and revenue goals through effective project delivery and client service.
