Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Project Manager to drive technical projects in the Central Region. You will lead from concept to delivery, coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, and quality while collaborating with clients and design teams.

The ideal candidate brings a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong communication. The role offers a hybrid Sacramento office schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management or related technical experience.
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and commute to an office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project management activities from kickoff through completion.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, milestones, and deliverables across project teams.
• Partner with clients and design teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
• Support quality control processes and help maintain strong technical standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships that support repeat work and long‑term growth.
• Contribute to backlog and revenue goals through effective project delivery and client service.
