Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in SaaS/tech.
• Experience building programs from scratch with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience in Sales or Revenue Operations in a SaaS-based company.
• Go-To-Market experience with sales planning, marketing programs, and customer success workflows.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integration programs from scratch with scope, goals, and communication plans.
• Define and coordinate interdependent projects for combined GTM and operational outcomes.
• Align PM workstreams across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success for coordinated delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and influence without direct authority.
• Track and communicate progress to stakeholders with data-driven updates.
• Deliver program details through executive summaries for internal/ external audiences.
• Navigate stakeholder conversations and resolve conflicts with effective communication.
• Gather feedback and take action to keep programs on track.
• Analyze trends, monitor progress, and report measurable results against objectives.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies with multiple options.
