Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager for M&A Operations to lead cross-functional GTM integration efforts for newly acquired or incubated businesses. This hands-on role requires building programs from the ground up, managing multiple workstreams, and influencing without direct authority.

The ideal candidate has deep program management discipline, GTM operations knowledge, and comfort navigating ambiguity with structured thinking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management, GTM operations, strategy consulting, or M&A integration in SaaS/tech.
• Experience building programs from scratch, defining scope, workstreams, and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with Sales or Revenue Operations in a SaaS company.
• GTM experience across sales planning, marketing programs, and customer success workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress on multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integration programs from scratch with clear scope, goals, and comms.
• Coordinate interdependent projects for GTM and operational outcomes.
• Align workstreams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for coordinated delivery.
• Influence without direct authority across multiple projects.
• Track stakeholder needs and communicate using data and executive summaries.
