Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in program management or GTM initiatives.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional programs or workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and convert objectives into clear plans and next steps.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, or related GTM teams.
• Experience using PMO trackers and dashboards to communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM transformation and growth programs from planning through execution, launch readiness, and stabilization.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and outcomes.
• Design and manage governance, cadence, and stakeholder forums for visibility and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align plans and resolve blockers within scope.
• Create executive-ready updates, dashboards, and summaries of progress, risks, and decisions.
