Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager for M&A Operations to lead cross-functional integration programs for newly acquired or incubated businesses, from scope to delivery, aligning GTM and operational readiness.

You will coordinate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate with stakeholders using data-driven insights to mitigate risks and ensure timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, GTM operations, strategy consulting, or M&A integration in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience building and managing programs from scratch, including defining scope, assembling workstreams, and driving end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with Sales or Revenue Operations in a SaaS based company.
• Go-To-Market experience with functions including sales planning, marketing programs, and customer success workflows.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive forward progress on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage comprehensive integration programs from scratch, defining scope, goals, program plans, and communication methodology for new acquisitions or incubations.
• Align program and project management workstreams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for coordinated delivery.
• Track, influence, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels using data-driven insights.
• Navigate stakeholder conversations and resolve conflicts with effective communication; report progress and outcomes.
• Contribute to the M&A operational playbook with lessons learned and best practices.
