Altana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the LSP Platform roadmap, collaborating with major logistics firms to optimize compliance, risk, and workflow integration.

You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes, balancing near-term commitments with long-term platform bets. Hybrid work is available in multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Shipped B2B product experience for enterprise customers.
• Ability to understand complex logistics workflows and industry incentives.
• Experience turning customer insight into measurable product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the roadmap for Altana's LSP products.
• Understand LSP business models across forwarding, brokerage, and carriage.
• Set success metrics tied to customer impact and track progress.
• Focus on end-user experience for brokers, analysts, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Public Sector teams for coherent data flows.
• Engage with customers via discovery, pilots, and post-launch feedback.
• Write clear requirements and prototype with AI before production.
