Job summary

Altana is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the LSP Platform in a hybrid role based in the US. You will own the roadmap for one of Altana's strategic product areas, working with major logistics companies to remove friction in compliance and risk, and embed Altana into daily LSP workflows.

You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to ship features that measurably improve adoption, usage, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Shipped B2B products relied on by customers.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on data-intensive or API-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for Altana's LSP products, balancing near-term commitments with long-term platform bets.
• Build understanding of LSP business models and turn insights into clear priorities.
• Set success metrics tied to customer impact; monitor adoption and outcomes.
• Own end-user experience for brokers, compliance analysts, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Public Sector teams to align shipper submissions with government needs.
• Engage with customers through discovery, pilots, and post-launch feedback to inform iterations.
• Write clear requirements and prototype with AI before production code.
