Job summary

Altana is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the LSP Platform. You will own the roadmap for LSP products, working with large logistics companies to understand friction points in compliance, risk, and workflows.

You will embed Altana into daily broker workflows, turning customers into multipliers for the network. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to ship features with measurable customer impact, owning adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Shipped B2B products used by customers.
• 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise contexts.
• Curious and eager to learn logistics industry dynamics.
• Act as a trusted partner with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Own outcomes: define success, drive metrics, and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for Altana's LSP products, balancing near-term commitments with long-term platform bets.
• Understand LSP business models across forwarding, brokerage, and carriage to set clear priorities.
• Set success metrics tied to customer impact and track progress against them.
• Focus on end-user experience for brokers, compliance analysts, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Public Sector teams to align submissions, processing, and government data flows.
• Spend time with customers via discovery, pilots, and post-launch feedback to inform the team.
