Altana is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the LSP Platform to own the roadmap for a strategic product area used by major logistics providers. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to ship features that improve adoption and customer outcomes.

You will work with brokers, compliance analysts, and operations teams to embed Altana into daily workflows and reduce friction in regulatory processes. This role emphasizes customer discovery and AI-assisted prototyping.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on data-intensive, API-driven, or workflow products for enterprise customers.
• You are curious and eager to learn how complex industries work and how to solve real customer problems.
• You own outcomes and drive adoption, usage, and customer outcomes with measurable impact.
• Technical enough to own the plumbing, comfortable using AI for prototyping and code contributions, and understand APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, JSON, and integration architecture.

Responsabilités

• Define the roadmap for Altana's LSP products, balancing near-term commitments with long-term platform bets.
• Understand LSP business models across forwarding, brokerage, and carriage to set clear priorities.
• Set success metrics tied to customer impact and track progress against them.
