Job summary

Altana is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the LSP Platform in the US. You will own the roadmap for the LSP products, align with large logistics customers, and embed Altana into daily workflows across forwarding, brokerage, and carriage.

You will drive adoption, usage, and measurable outcomes by collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams. You will define success metrics, obsess over user experience, and prototype with AI to validate ideas before coding.

Qualifications

• You've shipped B2B products that customers rely on.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on data-intensive, API-driven, or workflow products for enterprise customers.
• You're relentlessly curious and eager to become a logistics expert.
• You want to work side by side with customers and treat them as partners in building the product.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for Altana's LSP products, balancing near-term commitments with long-term platform bets.
• Build understanding of LSP business models and translate into clear product priorities.
• Set success metrics tied to customer impact and track progress against them.
• Obsess over end-user experience for brokers, compliance analysts, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Public Sector teams to align customer submissions with government needs.
• Engage with customers through discovery, pilots, and post-launch feedback to inform the team.
• Write clear requirements and prototype with AI to test ideas before production code.
