Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead TxDOT highway and bridge programs in Texas. You will own multi-million dollar projects, coordinate budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and mentor junior staff in a fast-growing firm.

The role requires a strong TxDOT background, at least five years of PM experience on large projects, and proven leadership and communication skills to keep programs on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• TxDOT highway/bridge background required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management.
• Demonstrated leadership across large projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent TxDOT highway projects, averaging around $100M each.
• Own budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination end to end.
• Mentor and provide oversight to less experienced project staff.
• Collaborate with engineers, TxDOT reps, and subcontractors to stay compliant and on track.
