Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead TxDOT highway and bridge programs in Texas. You will own multi-million dollar projects, coordinate budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and mentor junior staff in a fast-growing firm.

The role requires a strong TxDOT background, at least five years of PM experience on large projects, and proven leadership and communication skills to keep programs on time and within scope.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A fast-growing Texas infrastructure contractor is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team. This company has scaled quickly, building a strong book of TxDOT highway and bridge work and they need a proven PM ready to take on real ownership of large-scale projects, not just support work.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Manage concurrent TxDOT highway projects, averaging around $100M each
• Own budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination end to end
• Mentor and provide oversight to less experienced project staff
• Work directly with engineers, TxDOT reps, and subcontractors to keep projects compliant and on track

What we\'re looking for:

• Strong TxDOT highway/bridge background (the ability to do the work)
• Minimum 5 years experience in the PM scope
• Comfortable managing large projects at once
• Core leadership skills
• Clear communication

Compensation: Dependent on experience, with flexibility for candidates with heavier TxDOT experience. Annual bonus up to 10%, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and ESOP.
