Job summary

PSR Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for its Texas heavy civil division to deliver major bridge and structural infrastructure projects. You will lead from planning through delivery, coordinating field teams, subs, clients and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of heavy civil PM experience with bridges/structures, a civil engineering or construction management degree, and strong scheduling, cost control and communication skills. Texas/TxDOT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proven bridge and/or structures experience is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil projects from planning through delivery, coordinating field teams and subs.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, cost controls and change management.
• Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, reporting and procurement support align with project goals.
