Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a T1 FS Integration Project Manager Lead to own project controls, contractor onboarding, and material handling in a fast-paced fab. You will bridge design to construction, track installation velocity, and ensure readiness of complex tool packages while coordinating across design groups, GC partners, expat engineers, and leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field, 10+ years in the industry (semiconductors preferred), and 6+ years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of industry experience, preferably in semiconductors.
• 6+ years of experience with project controls, scheduling, and technical integration; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction contractor performance.
• Manage materials from design to construction.
• Lead design-to-construction communication with partners.
• Direct a team of 7 engineers and 5 PM contractors.
• Collaborate with expat engineers to align design strategy.
• Own ACC design communications with contractors.
• Report contractor headcount, quality, and safety metrics.
