Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Construction Management, Property Administration, or Construction Project Management.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, multi-discipline construction, building codes, and environmental compliance procedures.
• Proficiency with federal and state procurement processes and project management software including APP and PRIDE.
• Ability to obtain Tier 1 security clearance and CAC within one year of hire.
• Valid Arizona state-issued driver's license and ability to pass criminal background investigation.
