Job summary

Figma is seeking a Manager of Product Management for the Platform Experience group. You will lead teams delivering shared experiences across the product suite, shaping platform coherence, multiplayer, and the internal design system. The role emphasizes strategy, high-quality PM craft, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will hire and mentor PMs, drive scalable leadership, and partner closely with engineering, data, and design to propel adoption and value across a multi-product platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing PMs, coaching a senior bench and fostering collaborative, high-performance teams
• Strong systems thinking and UX judgment with ability to set pace and operate with high agency
• Demonstrated ability to drive sweeping changes across groups and across product areas
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication across engineering, data, and design
• Experience leading major cross-app overhauls and designing multi-product platform experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead teams that own shared user experiences across the Figma product suite, including platform coherence, multiplayer, collaborative experiences, and the internal design system (Figma Pattern Library)
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability at Figma. Drive decisions and set leadership standards across boundaries
• Work closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, data, and design to deliver inspiring outcomes across teams
• Hire, coach, and develop a senior PM bench across the group
