MAAS Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for California projects within the LAUSD portfolio.

You will oversee Owner's Authorized Representatives, resolve complex issues, and manage schedules, cost control, disputes, and contract administration across multiple projects. The role is full-time and in-person, requiring extensive experience in educational facility construction and public works, with emphasis on large programs and CCM credential familiarity.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of full-time project/construction mgmt experience with large programs
• 5+ years in educational facility construction or public works
• Degree and/or CCM credential as specified in the ad

Responsibilities

• Manage OARs on projects and resolve complex issues
• Review schedules and change orders, assess fiscal impact
• Verify payment applications and control costs across projects
• Direct schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, and QA
• Coordinate with District branches and manage contract administration
