Job summary

LAUSD's Project Execution group relies on MAAS Companies, Inc. to act as Owner's Authorized Representative for assigned school projects. You will manage preconstruction, bid/award, construction, and closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, and contractor activity to ensure District standards and DSA certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-time experience coordinating complex projects over $10M, plus a relevant degree or CCM substitution.
• Alternative: 15 years of experience with 8+ years coordinating large projects; degree and CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage budgets and schedules; review RFCs, substitutions, and change orders.
• Coordinate with public agencies, design teams, and District staff.
