Job summary

MAAS seeks a Senior Project Manager in California to lead the Owner's Authorized Representatives on multiple public school projects, resolving complex issues and overseeing schedules, change orders, and fiscal management.

You will direct contracts with architects and consultants, assess bid specifications, monitor cost control, and coordinate with district branches. This full-time, in-person role includes health, dental, vision, and an ESOP for employees.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of full-time project/construction management experience; large programs over $50M; 5 years in educational/public works or large commercial projects
• 25 years of full-time project/construction management experience; large programs over $50M; CCM preferred

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex construction issues, disputes, and disagreements
• Develop, assign, and manage OARs on projects
• Monitor construction progress against schedules
• Review and assess change orders and bid specifications
• Provide contract administration and quality control oversight
• Coordinate with district branches and manage internal policies
