Kimley-Horn seeks a Senior Project Manager, Practice Builder to expand the Land Development practice in Wesley Chapel. You will lead a team, manage key clients, and drive profitability with autonomy and strategic oversight.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in land development, a P.E. license, and proven ability to grow the practice, mentor staff, and pursue ownership through a strong bonus program.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Extensive client contacts with local architects, developers, planners or landowners.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills.
• Business development incl. proposals, scopes of work & budgeting.
• Excellent communication across all organization levels.
• Ability to mentor staff and direct resources effectively.
• Proven track record of profitable land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Land Development team and manage key client relationships.
• Provide vision, business planning, strategy and goal setting.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ensure open communication with partners and team.
