You will engage with clients, shape strategy, and mentor staff, with the potential to advance to ownership based on performance and bonus opportunities. Strong leadership and market development are essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience managing roadway projects.
• Florida P.E. license required.
• Experience winning and delivering work in local/surrounding areas.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle of roadway projects.

Responsabilidades

• Expand our roadway practice and presence in local market.
• Lead complex design tasks as well as marketing and client engagement.
• Grow and mentor staff, and manage projects profitably.
• Provide vision, planning and strategy; establish goals and maintain client relationships.
• Operate with integrity and strong business principles; ensure high-quality work.
• Lead to ownership potential with a strong bonus program.
