Vinyl Equity, Inc. is building modern capital-markets infrastructure, starting with a real-time transfer agent.

We seek a senior Product Manager to own Issuer Activation end-to-end in Chicago, guiding both pre-sales demos and post-sales activation. You will lead data ingestion, migration workflows, and sandbox-driven experiences, partner with engineering and operations, and shape a product-led implementation that accelerates issuer journeys from contract to live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience and/or leadership in data, migration, or fintech operations.
• Experience shipping self-serve, diagnostic-led products that scale customer experience.
• Experience designing sandbox or test environments for customer validation.
• Strong written communication for product specs, memos, and playbooks.
• Experience working with distributed international engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools in a product or operations context.

Responsibilities

• Own the Issuer Activation roadmap end-to-end for pre-sales and post-sales.
• Own the pre-sales demo environment with realistic, scenario-driven data.
• Define and ship the self-serve migration experience in a sandbox.
• Make the Data Ingestion Application (DIA) diagnostic-first with actionable guidance.
• Partner with Operations to deliver a product-led implementation experience.
• Collaborate with DIA and Core engineering on architecture, data quality, and reconciliation.
• Represent Issuer Activation in sales conversations alongside the sales team.
• Define and track success metrics: pre-sales conversion, time-to-live, QA signal resolution, and post-migration satisfaction.
• Write clear product specs, decision memos, and customer-facing playbooks.
