Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction.
• Proven success leading multimillion-dollar projects with financial and operational responsibility.
• Strong knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical construction disciplines.
• Advanced understanding of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• PMP certification, OSHA 30, and First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for execution of large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects through preconstruction and closeout.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets, cash flow, profitability, change management and reporting.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Develop relationships with clients, owners, general contractors, and stakeholders as primary contact for performance and negotiations.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, material management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes while promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Coach and mentor project managers, engineers, and field leadership; collaborate on process improvements.
