Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical or mechanical EPC projects onsite with significant travel. You will oversee multiple phases from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, leadership, field operations, and subcontractors while driving project performance and safety.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical/mechanical/industrial EPC construction, strong financial oversight, and PMP/OSHA 30 credentials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction.
• 5+ years managing multimillion-dollar projects with significant financial/operational responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and remain on project sites for extended durations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to align with objectives and schedules.
• Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders, and lead contract negotiations and issue resolution.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, and material management across sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and construction codes.
