Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Chicago seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial construction programs. You will coordinate stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers, ensuring compliant delivery and robust governance.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, monitoring budgets, generating status reports, and applying project controls and best practices. You will support owners and regional stakeholders, respond to RFIs, and drive value engineering where

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Procore.

Responsibilities

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
Analyze, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
Production of formal project status reports and other required reports.
Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
