Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee complex construction programs, coordinating architects, engineers, and suppliers to meet design standards and client objectives.

You will manage multiple projects, produce status reports, and support cost control, risk management, and constructability guidance while maintaining strong client relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum several years of project management experience on construction programs.
• Strong organizational, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that governance, processes and systems are utilized across projects.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
