Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale industrial construction projects. The ideal manager will drive high-quality service to clients and ensure compliant project delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will oversee governance, schedule, and budget, coordinating with owners, engineers, and suppliers while maintaining rigorous reporting and progress tracking. This role requires strong organization and communication within a globally integrated firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field required.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective project governance and systems are used.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Advise on cost control, value engineering and constructability.
