Job summary

Converge seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex client programs remotely, operating within the PMO framework to standardize templates and processes. The role collaborates with PMO and practice leads, and may support RFP responses and presales activities.

The position focuses on hybrid cloud, data modernization, analytics, AI readiness, and related initiatives across Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric, with cross‑functional teams and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

10+ years related experience in project/program management within technology consulting or enterprise IT.
5+ years leading Agile software, cloud, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations exceeding $500K in project value.
Bachelor's degree preferred or PMP/CSM/PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of hybrid cloud, data modernization, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and mentor PMO processes, templates, and standards.
Assist with RFP responses and PMO presales activities.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects within a larger program with interdependencies.
Travel as required by client engagements.
