Job summary

The PMO Squad is seeking a technically fluent Project Manager to lead a portfolio of infrastructure and cloud initiatives for a national contractor. You will drive planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams across Legal, Risk, Security, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Finance.

This remote-based role requires you to live near one of our client office locations and occasional travel.

Qualifications

7+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments (1,000+ users).
Led content/file storage or data center migrations end-to-end (sequencing, cutover, decommissioning).
Experience with ITSM/CMDB capabilities in Freshservice or equivalent platform.
Experience developing disaster recovery plans and testing programs.

Responsibilities

Own the project plan, schedule, resourcing, risk log, and status reporting across a multi-phase program.
Lead platform selection, architecture design, migration sequencing, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and governance forum escalation of blockers.
Lead CMDB and asset management data model and ownership.
Improve service desk intake, incident, and request management with accurate configuration data.
Update DR plans and establish quarterly DR testing.
Maintain monthly status reporting and present progress to governance forums.
Manage portfolio plan in a project portfolio tool and drive stakeholder communications.
