Job summary

Planate Management Group (PMG) seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the Doris Miller Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Waco, Texas. You will manage project activities, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor schedules and budgets, resolve issues, and ensure construction progresses per requirements.

This full-time role offers an opportunity to work with a respected SDVOSB and deliver critical facilities projects for the US DoD and VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a closely related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible construction project management experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project activities for VA design and construction delivery with stakeholders, designers, contractors, and facility personnel.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and change orders to keep projects within budget.
• Review and update schedules, identify delays, and recommend actions to maintain progress.
• Lead progress meetings, document status, and follow up on government items.
• Coordinate issue resolution by evaluating impacts and changes with the COR.
• Track testing, inspections, and commissioning for compliance.
• Oversee construction admin: RFIs, change orders, closeout submittals, as-built records.
• Support claims analysis and dispute resolution with reports and time impact analyses.
