Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Global Expansion to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for new locales and to expand Leo's footprint, serving residential and enterprise customers globally.

You will define onboarding, order management, provisioning, device management, and network management; partner across business, legal, compliance, and engineering to drive launch readiness and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

Define Leo service offerings via well-constructed working backwards documents that translate into product and engineering deliverables.
Own requirements and execution for customer onboarding, order management, provisioning, new hardware support, satellite terminal device management, and network management.
Define integration paradigms across multiple systems and drive launch readiness with timelines and scope.
Collaborate with Business, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Leo Engineering to execute plans.
Work with customers and cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable product criteria and BRDs.
Analyze data, communicate findings, and participate in executive-level reviews to guide decision-making.
