Zicasso, a fully remote luxury travel company, seeks a data-driven Senior Product Manager focused on Conversion Rate Optimization to drive growth across the entire discovery-to-request funnel.

You will lead two web CRO squads, collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing, define tracking with the Data team, and use GA4/Tableau to turn traveler insights into high-impact experiments that reinforce our premium brand while boosting conversions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience driving growth via CRO and A/B testing.
• Data-informed decision making with design influence.
• Familiarity with AI tools for personalization.
• Background in luxury or premium-brand contexts.
• Expertise with Jira for backlog and work tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with Pacific Time hours.

Responsabilités

• Own the 2026 CRO roadmap and strategy.
• Lead two web CRO squads across user journeys.
• Partner with Data to define tracking and dashboards in Tableau.
• Collaborate with Design to fuse qualitative insights with data.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other product areas for data flow.
