Zillow Group is seeking a data-driven digital marketing professional to drive onsite experiences, landing pages, and conversion optimization across Zillow's app and website. You will partner across product, engineering, marketing, design and analytics to execute a strategic Web Marketing roadmap and deliver measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong stakeholder management, and is skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements

Formación

• 5+ years in digital marketing or conversion optimization, with onsite marketing or product experience preferred.
• Experience driving end-to-end strategy and development of landing pages and web products.
• Fluent in A/B and multivariable testing, including roadmap development and hypothesis testing.
• Data-driven decision making using metrics, feedback, and analytics to tell concise narratives.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheet analysis and analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Tableau, Databricks).
• Experience with audience personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX design and content management tools (Optimizely, WordPress) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to coordinate across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assist strategy, planning and execution of new onsite experiences to enhance the customer journey and drive growth.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, design and analytics to execute a Web Marketing roadmap.
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve user experience and business objectives.
• Partner with program leads and channel teams to drive conversion improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and scope solutions.
• Create, maintain and deliver dashboards and reports to measure performance on key metrics.
• Identify opportunities from analytics data and communicate impact of optimizations.
• Document results, recommendations and methodologies for organization-wide learning.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent tagging and tracking across web properties.
