Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager for on-site role in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include leading ground-up retail and industrial projects, managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor buyouts, coordinating with diverse teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 per year with bonus and full benefits. The role requires overseeing multi-project delivery, client interaction, and strict adherence to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial retail and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams
• Review RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor costs, track progress, and identify risk areas
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and change orders
• Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and provide updates
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Partner with Superintendents to drive project execution and schedules
• Oversee permits, inspections, and project documentation
• Manage project financials including forecasting and budgeting
• Resolve challenges and maintain client relationships
• Ensure successful turnover and closeout documentation
• Deliver projects on time and within budget according to client expectations
