Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or On-Site Construction Manager.
• Extensive experience in both ground-up and renovation projects.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and in-house workers for high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with project engineers and architects to resolve technical issues.
