Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for large commercial construction projects in the Los Angeles area, including ground-up and tenant improvements. The role is on-site and permanent, with a clear path to management and strong opportunities for professional growth.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, foster client relationships, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets across diverse sectors including commercial, healthcare, life science, and hospitality.

Competenze

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering projects from planning through completion.
• Strong leadership and client-management abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls for financial outcomes.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subs, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead progress meetings and provide timely project reporting.
• Mentor junior project managers and project engineers.
