Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of ground-up multifamily construction from preconstruction to turnover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, cost controls, and project performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, and owners.
• Oversee block-and-plank activities and proper sequencing.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and shop drawings.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor safety, NYC codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Track costs and provide status updates.
