Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ground-up residential construction experience as a Project Manager.
• High-rise Residential Construction experience is REQUIRED.
• NYC Metro experience is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of development projects.
• Utilize systems, processes, and checklists for project management.
• Prepare requests for proposals and assemble a design team.
• Oversee value engineering exercises.
• Manage construction loan processes and develop project reports.
