Build Partners USA LLC, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction across education, municipal, healthcare, retail and hospitality sectors on projects ranging from $10M to $100M+. The role emphasizes safety, strong team leadership and long-term career progression.

The ideal candidate will own budgets, forecast financials, manage procurement and schedules, and work with field teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience on ground-up commercial projects valued at $10M+.
• Experience across education, municipal, healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, buyout, contract administration and change-order management.
• Proficient with Procore and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction and buyout through completion and closeout.
• Take ownership of project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Develop and manage project schedules alongside the Superintendent, identifying risks and keeping delivery on track.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, negotiations and contract awards.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement and long-lead items to support timely decisions and site progress.
• Manage change orders, pay applications and subcontractor billing accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations, resolve issues and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, contracts and client requirements.
• Oversee punch-list completion, final documentation, financial reconciliation and project closeout.
