Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction in Atlanta. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, leading the full lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client relations.

This 100% in-office role requires after-hours collaboration and travel as needed. The pay range is $57.00–$61.00 per hour, with a contract-to-hire path and strong opportunity for progression within Actalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in ground-up commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects valued between $4M and $15M+.
• Cradle-to-grave project management from preconstruction to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Manage project financials: cost forecasting, budgeting, buyouts, change orders, profitability.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Direct site work and coordinate subcontractor management and contract administration.
